Baked Potatoes in general

Hi Everyone,

It was my understanding that a baked potato on a green day is FREE.

So i have been eating a large baked potato with green salad and 35g Philadelphia light in the potato. I worked this out as 2.5 syns because of the philadelphia.

But this morning I did a search on this site and found that somebody had previously asked the value for a 'Large Jacket Potato and 100g Philadelphia Light'

The reply says 4 for the jacket potato and 4 for the Philadelphia light.

Why 4 for the potato? Thought it was free?

100g of Philadelphia light is 8 syns and yes the jacket potatoe is free on green

maybe they were on a red day? I do Extra Easy haven't really looked at green or red days.
