baking powder?

Baking powder is fine on the diet and is NOT a tolerated item. It has 1.2 carbs per teaspoon which is the most I've ever used (24.1g carbs per 100g).

Jet, you're possibly confusing with cornflour (76g carbs for 100g) which IS a tolerated food. 1 level tablespoon (15g) cornflour = 1 tolerated (2 allowed per day) = on Cruise only.)
