Tried this yesterday and it was lush!
You take a WW tortilla (5.5 Syns) as your base and spread with Free tomato puree to taste. Heat the oven to Gas Mk. 8/230 degrees. Put a skinless chopped chicken breast into a bowl and pour 2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar over - leave for 10 mins. Frylight a frying pan and cook the chicken, with the balsamic, for about 5 mins or until cooked through. Put the cooked chicken onto the tortilla base and cover with a thinly sliced red onion, then cover with a H.X. of Mozarella - 45g. Spray with Frylight and cook for about 10 mins on the middle shelf. Totally scrummy!!
Obviously you can add whatever topping you like but this was out of this world! Hope you agree! x
