Balsamic vinegar or glazed balsamic vinegar???

I have been advised off a friend that glazed balsamic vinegar is much nicer than just ordinary balsamic vinegar.

Can anybody advise me on wether or not I should use it and if anybody has used it what make was it???

Thanks

Hi, I would worry that glazed balsamic has sugar syrup to give it it's glossy stickyness. You can reduce balsamic to make it more syrupy, but my advice would be to splash out on a really good quality balsamic. It's much nicer and less harsh. Expect to pay £10 upwards for a small bottle of the good stuff but the difference is remarkable. You need very little of it too, so it goes a long way. All the best!
