Funnily enough I decided to give this a try to see if it would help - went into a health food store to buy some only to have the woman behind the counter tell me they didn't have any and that if I'm having trouble going then I should go to the doctors and get a prescription for Fybogel as it would work out cheaper ---- I couldn't get out of there quick enough

I have been taking the capsules for weeks my LLC said it makes no diffs. They really do work.
