Would there be lots of syns in these? I have to say that home-made banana muffins are one of the things I miss most... warm out of the oven, yum

thanks shrimpy - at 3 syns per muffin i would have to leave home to avoid them if they were sitting in a pan of 10!!!! I'll stick to raw banana
