    Left my book at home

    Found out at group last night peas and sweetcorn are NOT superfree and its left me questioning everything :(

    yes bananas are superfree, (as well as all other fruits in their raw form), it is only when you cook, blend, puree or use tinned that it is not free and becomes syns

    vegetables are free and also superfree, apart from the starchy kinds, i.e. peas, sweetcorn, parsnips, potatoes.
