Just wondering if anyone has awful farts on bars? I blew off today in tescos on the checkout (No escape), sexy bloke in front of me made a sharp exit! so embarrising! I had eaten a peanut bar!

Had this since the start and I have no control - they just happen - whenever they want. Wost was in the plane going on hols! Even the dog has just moved away from the computer.

My mate works in the council and the other day she had a bar in her lunch as she was managing a major event of opening a council building. When the town mayor shook her hand to meet her she bent down and greeted him with the sound of a big massive fart! everyone turned around. It made me crack!

Anyone know why we suffer with this?

They don't have that effect on me (and i can have 2 a day ... although not really allowed!!!) - although my tummy does gurgle.

If you find it a problem - cut them in half - eat one half and then eat the other half sometime later. Always drink an extra glass of water with bars as well.

They can slow it down in some people - slightly more carbs in them. Try cutting them out and see if you lose more. Or have one every other day ... or half a bar a day, plus half a shake or soup.
