I always have one for breakfast, I fact I have 2 a day as it stops me having to take senakot etc lol you're not really supposed to but my CDC said it was ok xx
My losses have slowed down the past few weeks but trying to eliminate the culprit lol I've had 1 planned day off, totm n a few SS+ days so gonna be 100% this week and hopefully get a gd loss! CDC suspected I was out of ketosis coz of the bars but I've checked n I'm still in it xx

I was having two bars on my third week and didn't lose much and that's was why my CDC told me.
But I am in the right frame of mind this week to try and have a good weight lost I haven't got anything going on so I am on it 100%
Think i'll just stick to my 1 bar a day lol, im a little bit addicted to the losses i've had for the past 15 weeks, don't want them to slow down lol x x
