Bars

I have a bar for my breakfast every single day without fail!
 
Its absolutely fine :)
I usually have them for lunch, but had them for breakfast plenty of times.
 
I always have one for breakfast, I fact I have 2 a day as it stops me having to take senakot etc lol you're not really supposed to but my CDC said it was ok xx

My losses have slowed down the past few weeks but trying to eliminate the culprit lol I've had 1 planned day off, totm n a few SS+ days so gonna be 100% this week and hopefully get a gd loss! CDC suspected I was out of ketosis coz of the bars but I've checked n I'm still in it xx
 
Thanks girls I just wanted to make sure.
I was having two bars on my third week and didn't lose much and that's was why my CDC told me.
But I am in the right frame of mind this week to try and have a good weight lost I haven't got anything going on so I am on it 100% :)
 
Think i'll just stick to my 1 bar a day lol, im a little bit addicted to the losses i've had for the past 15 weeks, don't want them to slow down lol x x
 
I have two bars a day. We figure if that's what keeps me going, then why not? It's all personal and i'm happy with my losses.
