BaysideJ's Diary- one year on plan!!!!(most of the time)

had a couple of good days, been on track and keeping syns to 10 or just under.
Weekend is here! Hoping to get to London tomorrow evening to see a band but other than that lots of tidying and cleaning. Also trying to book a holiday to have something to look forward to in the summer.
 
enjoyed my visit to London, had to make do with a synful tuna sandwich as in a rush to get to see a band . had a couple of lagers too so over on my syns.
Booked my holiday for August, Last year i had lost 3 and a half stone when i went and i felt much better, this year i want to be at Target so that's my aim:)

Being good today, went for a brisk walk along the beach and it's been a lovely bright day here. Hope you have had a good weekend too.

well it's going fine still. I've discovered the Skinny Cow ice creams this week and loving them for 4.5 syns, it's nice to have something sweet that's low in syns.
 
Hi hun, glad all is going well for you, it's great to have an incentive such as a holiday to aim for, where are you off to? I haven't tried the Skinny Cow ice creams so might give them a go, I am currently loving the Malteser Easter Bunny which work out at 8 syns, they really hit the spot! Good luck for WI tomorrow night xx
 
yep. Wi tomorrow, got a sneaky feeling that AF will arrive in the next few hours to spoil the party though. Stuck to plan on the whole, despite the synful sandwich on Saturday, so hope for a small loss.
 
Hiya Bayside, best of luck for tonight's WI, I'm sure you will do well. What you don't know about doing well on SW isn't worth knowing!

Give my love to Sally. Sadly I couldn't stay at my meeting last night due to having to get up at stupid o'clock this morning :(

The skinny cow's sound great but what on earth are you doing having them this time of year, it's already freezing cold outside lol.

And as for the "Bunny really hitting the spot" Weemo you made me blush hehe
 
as expected, Af arrived today and i'm all bloaty:( Went to WI and lost 1lb so that's ok, hopefully do better next week.
 
Congratulations on losing another 1lb, how're you feeling?

Is it feeling natural to be back on the plan, finding it easy to stick to it?

After my two days off plan over Christmas, although I got back on plan 100% as I wanted, I found it a bit of a struggle for a few days and it was forced rather than natural. But I soon got back in the swing of it.

I think one of my colleagues joined your group last night. Unless he bottled it of course lol

I'm doing ok. Have pretty much followed plan for 2-3 weeks since xmas and lost a few pounds. This week i stuck to plan apart from the sandwich but did eat 10-15 syns a day as hungrier in the cold weather, i usually have 5-10 in the week and 10-15 at weekends.

We've lots of new members at our class, but no new chaps so don't know if your friend joined the later class Dave.

ok, it was a STS this week, that's ok, need to give myself a big kick up the backside or i'll never get to target.
