    Hi, I bought some Asda Chosen By You Hot and Spicy chicken breast fillets today, they were gorgeous....£2 for a box of 4 good sized pieces. They are 2pp for 1 piece or 3pp for 2.....great if your going to a BBQ....I had 3 with salad for lunch hours ago and I'm still not hungry.....x

    Thanks for the tip hun, I used to have these when on slimming world as they were free. Was actually wondering how many PP they'd be when I was in asda the other day so thank you :) x

    ooohhh its my house warming/ birthday BBQ this saturday id love to hear some of your healthy bbq options.. iv been doing peppers on the bbq instead of wedges in the oven.. any other top bbq tips and pointers??
