Red Day bbq peanut chicken

Just came across this recipe, and thought I'd share it !

Red day. 9 syns total

2 tbsp of peanut butter. (9 syns)
1tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp soy sauce
1clove crushed garlic
1/3 tsp curry powder
Dash cayenne pepper
4 skinless chicken breasts

Mix all except the chicken

Place chicken on hot BBQ or griddle pan and brush with the sauce.

Once cooked turn over and brush with the other sauce.

Check it is cooked through before serving.

Serve with sweet potatoe and salad !!
