Hello
I was just wondering if anyone has read the Beck Diet Solution and whether or not you've found it helpful with your weight loss efforts.
I'm sorry if there's already a thread on this that I've missed. I can see there's a "Beck" sub-board but as I'm a new number with only a few posts to my name I'm not able to access it. So I thought I'd start my own thread.
I started doing Slimming World for the first time ever at the beginning of the year (I've always done WW previously) and so far I've lost a stone which I'm really pleased with. Unfortuantely I still have another 7 to lose to reach a "healthy weight" and I've never lost more than 2.5 stone so there's a big part of me that thinks I'll never do it. And I know that kind of thinking isn't helpful so I'm trying to tackle the psychological aspects of weight loss.
I've ordered the book (the reviews on Amazon looked good) but I'd be really interested in hearing some feedback direct from people.
Thanks
FA x
