Well want to be super good the next few days til WI as would rather a teeny tiny loss than a STS or gain. This is what I've got planned today and I am not changing the main meals, I haven't included snacks

Day 2/6 35weeklies

B- weetabix, fruit, soya milk and honey-5pp

L- 0pp soup and petit pain-3pp

T- sausage pasta bake- 12pp

Total- 20pp

No gym today, I'm at specialist this afternoon about my sickness. See how that pans out, prob be fine.
 
U can do it beck! U still have weeklies left don't u! U should b fine!
 
Well kinda have weeklies but restarted again yesterday after using a load on Tuesday so gonna do best I can without weeklies. I have 6pp after my meals today so shouldn't need weeklies. X

All good so far ladies although been very tempted, especially when bored waiting on hospital for 2hrs and there was choc on sale! All fine there- may have had vertigo at some stage but seems ok now.

Purple I have lost 1st 2lb since starting pp 18 months ago, pretty rubbish as keep going down then putting a few back on. In total though since I started dieting 7yrs ago I've lost 3st 5lb which sounds a lot more impressive!
 
U have done well to loose that much beck! U might have gains some then lost ect but the main thing is u keep coming back and trying to loose what u want, and even if u fall off the plan for a couple months and then get back on it I am sure that u will get to ur goal!

Well done on resisting the choc, it's a little ironic how they sell choc in a hospital and not fruit! Seeing as most of the population r overweight and they r the ones that give ppl a hard time about their weight!

I now have vertigo, just dizziness/spinning had it for 2 months went doc on tues and he said he thinks I have a bug in my ears that is effecting my balance (not a real bug a cold type of bug) I got tablets for the vertigo but I drive and they say might make u sleepy so gotta wait till wk end to try them! But my ears r really making me feel fed up now, they really hurt after having a bath!
 
You've done really well to resist the chocolate, and glad you got the all clear at the hospital about the vertigo.

Really impressive weight loss so far! Didn't realise you had lost so much. And you keep plodding away for 7 years is even more impressive. How did you lose the weight before PP?
 
Hey Sarah I'm really sorry to hear about the vertigo. Not nice. Ifi had it at all it was a mild form. I hope you get better soon.

Before pp I mostly followed ww. I did do it alone for a good 2 years using pointing (I first did points 10 years ago and got down to 10.7lb from 12st 8. Then i moved to Newcastle when I did teacher training and over a couple of years I went up to 14st 4. I lost about 2.5st but had a few months off then joined ww again and did that for 3 years then had another couple of months off, gained a stone, joined SW with very little success , then pp January last year! Phew, that's quite a journey! I have had weight problems since I was 8 and had my tonsils taken out! I suddenly could eat without pain- id be I'll for 2 weeks of every month! Also when my mam and dad split up when I was 11 prob didn't help as me, mam and brother all comfort ate and that's kind of stuck! I do sometimes feel I really missed out on my teenage years as was so overweight and shy and miserable but I went to uni and came out of my shell and made up for it since!

My book called the hot tub diet has arrived and it's about our relationships with our bodies. I think it'll be quite interesting. Anything of note I'll post up here!

Aw thanks purple. I just can't seem to push through these last 10lbs but I will stick at it.

Dead on! Yeay! The sausage bake was delicious and very easy to make. Easy meals are always good for difficult weeks. Also have prepared tomorrows tea of mini turkey asian burgers I'll have with jasmine rice and sugar snap peas!
