I am going to start one of these. Been on and off SW for a while now but this time I am doing well and I AM sticking to it for definite!! Hoping for lots of help & encouragement along the way from you lovelies!!
Right so today...26/1/12 Extra Easy
Breakfast: Clementine
Bacon with fat cut off
One slice wholemeal bread (HEXB)
Baked Beans
Snack: Clementine
Dinner: Lasagne (20 syns!!! Had to use it up as had already made it but worked out the syns exactly. Will have to go under on syns tomorrow but that won't be a problem)
Drinks: Coffee with sweetener and milk from HEXA
Sugar free squash
Green tea
Water
Total syns = 20
Exercise = 1 hour in gym
