Oh did you? I just checked escource and it said 3pp each... I've thrown the packing away and they are in the bag in the freezer so I can't double check. I'll have a look and see if I can get the NV's off of there website x
 
Just checked the NV's from quorn website and they defo work out at 3pp each... I thought you'd saved me 2pp then!! x
 
i used my calculator and got 2pp from the packet!! a man i will find out x

Yesterday evening John came home from work with an electric whisk... I think that was his hint for me to make the lemon drizzle cake! I still need to go get a sandwich tin which I will try and do today. When I make it I will post a pic

I did point up a full version and I got to 100pp fit the whole cake... Ouch! I guess when you divide it into 10 portions it's not that bad but even so!!!

Only managed 4 miles yesterday so going to do a longer walk today

Really couldn't be bothered going for a walk so only did 4 miles, I suppose it's another hours worth of exercise done. 24.5 miles walked so far this week... If I can do 6 miles tomorrow that makes 30 miles for the week x
 
Food porn alert!!!

So I made the lemon cake... It's low fat for a reason, it was crap and it ended up in the bin!

I then decided to make a full fat Victoria sponge cake for John... I am rather pleased with myself!!

That's amazing! Low-fat cakes never work in my experience. It's worth just having a tiny bit of a fat one instead!

Well I'm thinking... Once I've had my dinner, if I don't have potatoes with it I will only have had 16pp and I still have a couple of weeklies left so that should cover me for a slice don't you think?!?

I worked the points out for the whole cake not inc the butter cream or jam and it came to 100pp!! Oooooosh! x
