Step 1 Sole Source + Bedtime....to shake or not to shake

So due to a bit of poor planning, a lot of water and a list of to-do's longer than my arm I have only managed three shakes today thus far, although I'm feeling pretty satisfied hunger wise should I take my last shake now or leave it?

Would me skipping 'dinner' have any impact on my hunger levels in the morning? (Bearing in mind I'm on ss+, not yet in ketosis and therefore hungry anyway)
 
My CDC has always said to make sure you have at least 3 shakes per day. Anything else is obviously down to the plan you are on and your hunger level. Hope this helps :)
 
If you are meant to have 4 shakes, you need to be havin 4 shakes. I know some poeple are on 3 but that is down to their height and weight so you have obviously been put on 4 for a reason.
