Beef Terayaki and Noodles

Beef Teriyaki with noodles - 6 points serves 4

225g medium egg noodles
1 tsp sunflower oil
300g sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 carrot, cut into strips
3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
175g - shiitake mushrooms sliced
5 tbsps teriyaki sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds

1. Place noodles in large bowl of boiling water. leave to stand for 10 mins.
2. heat oil in pan and stir fry beef for 2 mins, add onion, garlic, carrot, celery and mushrooms and stir fry for another 5 mins
3. Drain noodles and add to pan. Add teriyaki sauce. Stir fry for another 2 minutes. drizzle the sesame oil and seeds just before serving.
