Beef with Chilli Beans

I made the beef with chilli beans out of the booklet that you have in the starter pack last night, and have to say it was absolutely delicious.
I varied it slightly by grating the carrott and adding a chopped yellow and red pepper, and a teaspoon of chilli powder.
Really looking forward to the leftovers for lunch with a jacket potatoe, and a tomotoe and onion salad.
