I sts this week which is ok. I'm happy to maintain and go for a bit off next week.  I've been having a bit of a tough week because it's half term and I always get a bit d-mob happy and feel the need to be a bit naughty.  However, I've been hanging in there and sticking to it but not quite as purely as I usually do!
 
It was my son's birthday yesterday which meant going out for lunch.  We did the Harvester (his choice - he's 3!) so I went for the Jambalaya Stack (380 cals), only had half a ladle of red devil dressing on free salad but then had about half a (white 

) roll to undo my good work.  I also didn't have a slice of birthday cake but did nibble a couple of generous 'crumbs' so all in all, I'm putting the syns at approx. 10.
 
Today we've had people for lunch, I only did nibbly bits - pizza and stuff, so I didn't have any of that and made some Ainsley couscous instead.  All well and good, but when I'd dished up their ice-cream for pud (which I also passed on 

), I did have a couple of spoons as I was putting it away.   Then - for no reason - this evening I massively fancied some hula hoops (6.5).  So, syns are around 10 today as well.
 
I'm doing that thing where I feel as though I'm being naughty, but I'm not really.  YET!
