Been a bit AWOL


Grappling with life
Before Christmas I lapsed - what with all the socialising and such. I went to class last week with a 5lb gain but knew I would not be back on track til after the weeks class (tomorrow) as we still have new year and my sons birthday in the pipeline.

Anyway, will be at class tomorrow and my fresh start is Wednesday. A couple of weeks ago I bought a 12 week countdown to make sure I went back!

Just thought I best rear my head and explain my absense :break_diet:
