Been very bold on holidays.. Help me?

Hi there,

Been very bold the last week on holidays, does anyone have any suggestions that will make my weight loss speed up in time for weigh in on Monday??

Red days? Success express? Hope you had a lovely holiday :)
 
I enjoy red days. If you've never done one, basically your super free is still fruit/veg, meats are free but your carbs are measured (potatoes, wholemeal pasta are hex bs). You get 1 or 2 hex as a day and 2 hex bs
 
Hi Caroline - to take your thread off-topic a bit, where are you from? I ask, because I have never seen the word "bold" used in that way before, and wondered what part of the country it comes from?
 
I put garlic and chilli in mine and despite not liking beans much I really like this soup:

?1 can mixed bean salad
1 can of green lentils
1 can baked beans
Hand full of split beans
2 large leeks
1 large onions
4 medium carrots
2 parnips
green, red, yellow peppers
2 beef stocks
salt & pepper
mixed herbs
water to cover
Chop all ingredients, put in pan all together, bring to boil and simmer to soft can be left chunky or blended
