Purple dress = June 2011.
Began Lipotrim VLCD diet in February (at about the same weight if not slightly more than when the purple-dress photo was taken), took 4 week break in March, then back on Lipotrim.
Total = 11 weeks on VLCD, 2 weeks of refeeding, around 40lb lost.
Black dress = June 2012

*deep breath* right! The first/before piccy was taken at a festival, (obviously!) on my 21st birthday, which is about 3 years ago. I absolutely detest this pic and have removed it from all my online profiles lol :sigh:
The current pic is where I am now, a smidge over 4 stone lost later

WOW WOW WOW - Just read through this whole thread and i'm soooooooooooooo impressed! Congratulations to all of you who have done so well either achieving your goals or are nearly there! it amazes me how much younger/prettier/more handsome people look without the extra weight! i'm only day 3 into my journey, so do now have before/during/after pics, but when i do, i know i'll be proud to put them up here for the inspiration all us newcomers need x
