Thank you all for your kind comments and I hope posting my photo's have helped or inspired anyone else.

As I said in a previous post you cannot bottle the feeling of how being a lot slimmer feels.

I also think I look younger and certainly feel younger. I have about a stone & half to lose but am confident that I shall do this now.
