Before and after 10lbs

Hiya all,

This is 10lbs difference.

First was 171lbs

And today at 161lbs

I don't notice a huge difference but family say they do.

I know what you mean though, where I see myself everyday I don't tend to notice it coming off whereas my friends and family say they can see it.

well done i've lost 20lbs but i don't notice a difference in myself but my friends do.

I darent even put a picture on of my belly
