i have been at sw since the middle of september but just cant seem to get my head in the right place, and reading this today has given me motivation and determination to get my ass in gear.

Ooo there is so many!! A personal favourite of mine is the chicken curry, feels so naughty but syn free! Also eat a lot of fish, wen I had a little loss and wanted a boost I would have a 'fish week' as I call it, lots of salmon an tuna and would always give me a brilliant loss! Xx
