    5 crispbreads (2), 4 tsp flora lighter than light (2), 40g grated cheese (4)

    Dinner - 13 pp

    salad - shredded lettuce (0), 145g smoked river cobbler, flaked (3), dry fried mushrooms (0), 2 soft-boiled eggs (4), 60g couscous - dry weight - (6)

    Snacks/other - 6pp

    1/2 pint whole milk for coffees(5), 2tsp gravy granules (1), bowl of brussel sprouts (0), ww sugar free jelly (0)


    27/38 - will probably have some chocolate this evening.

    0 weekly points left - used them at the harvester on wednesday, and on chocolate last night!
