Beth...I've had similar probs with periods since being on vlcd's :( under a consultant now as I am on for 3 weeks at a time then I blooming off 1 week and back on again :( really was getting me down. Hoping that the op will show something or explain whats happening.

Another good day yesterday for me. Had a bit of a trying on session last night and really need to get some smaller tops. Might go and have a mooch in the charity shops to see what I can find!

New clothes always good :) I live in lycra so don't have much trouble LOL always scary biting the size down!! My wardrobe is all primark LOL

I'm a tesco basic and Asda girl at the moment! I am just saving up for the day that I know I am at a steady weight before I buy anything nice! L.. Except for boots! I treated myself to some yesterday!

Hi all,
I did get weighed on Wed and lost 2lb and have been on a bit of a binge ever since! I had my last supper last night an am totally back on track today. I really want this and need to stop sabotaging myself. I want to get back into Kerosis ready for starting work again on Monday.
So far so good today and OH is being really supportive.
I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!
I haven't ventured onto the scales yet, but will post when I have plucked up the courage x x

I've been 100% so far. I had a crap night so didn't wake up til late and had a vanilla coffee. Just had spicy spaghetti with a praline bar and so far today I've had 4 pints of water. I just need to stick to it for a couple more days then BOOM, I'll be in Ketosis and the pounds will fall off x x

Day 2 of restart going well, I've had porridge and a yummy vanilla almond bar washed down with 3 pints of water and a HUGE cuppa.
I have had a sneaky peek at the scales and I've put on 3 lbs since Wednesday. I'm ok with that and hope to lose most of it by this Wednesday.
I am a little concerned that I'm not in Ketosis yet, I've got no symptoms and am praying they come soon as its my first day back at work tomorrow and I could really do without a pounding head!!

I have really got my head back into it and OH has been amazingly supportive, I feel like there's no stopping me.

I'm really looking forward to going back to work tomorrow, it's been 2 and a half months since my accident.
I'm hoping that getting back into the old routine will help to keep me on track.

Good luck with ur first day back honey. Just take it 1 meal at a time and don't look any further than that. It's how I've stayed on track x x x

3lbs isnt bad at all - it will be gone in no time; onwards and downwards
good luck back at work, probably a nice distraction eh, how was your first day back? do you think ketosis kicking back in?
