Right today is the day I religiously do my food diary again until Sunday (when I go away) then I'll be back the following Sunday.. No doubt to get back down to 10.10 the following week and dutifully stay there!! Grr.

Having a problem - I never fancy breakfast anymore so the first thing I eat has been lunch between 1 and 2.. Will this affect losses? Going shopping today hopefully so will stock back up on fruit and maybe I could just eat that.. Just not hungry till around now..

Did you weigh again this morning hun or are you counting yesterday's? You CAN get back into this .... too much socialising - that's your problem! And I'm VERY jealous! Lol x

As for skipping brekkie ... :nono: Try your best to have something hun xx (I don't have anything until I get to work and then it's not brill, just fruit & yog, but they do say brekkie is very important).

Was in such a rush to eat breakfast because I was hungry and I knew it wouldn't last that I forgot to weigh!! Grr..

Had a rubbish day today.. Picking at bits.. I'll call it my 15 syns and be done with it!

B: hexb weetabix and hexa milk with a banana

L: baked potato and beans

S: plain pasta w/ sprinkling of cheese (5 syns)

1 slice of White bread and spread (7 syns?)

D: hexa feta salad, banana, apple, hexb Alpen lights..
 
Oh God just what I need! At work with the photographers tonight and one guy who I never much liked anyway decided to say 'Beth have you put a bit of weight on?'

When I was like -'sorry what? Did you say what I thought you said..' and rightly got the hump with him he ranted about how he couldn't say anything to 'girls' because they were oversensitive and that I was being childish to ignore him (I said that I thought he's crossed a line and that I didn't want to talk to him right now)

Aside from the fact that he's obviously a (insert expletive here) I really didn't need that tonight especially as I was wearing a black suit dress I felt really quite slim in and now every time I put it on I'll be reminded of him saying..
'maybe it's just what you're wearing...'

Feel like crying! It's just so frustrating of all the hours of all the days of all the weeks and months and in all the outfits - I just didn't need this tonight!!
 
What a twat!

My brother said something similar earlier this year when I had lost 11lbs - he actually asked me if I was pregnant!

Now I think this is a cheap male attempt at being funny ... you are looking good at the moment and they try to make a very unfunny attempt at being humerous :banghead:

Please don't take any notice of him hun ... you're beautiful xx

I'mmmmm back! After a lovely holiday think it's high time I got back to the diet 100% see how long I last! Need to start losing weight again!

I take it we are doing a 100%er this week are we?? I'm weighing in tomorrow (on track for a half off despite going off plan this week ;)) then I'm cracking down again cos we are off to Cyprus in 5 week :D

It was delish!

100% this week no doubt! 100% for as long as I can manage before life gets in the way!! Feeling absolutely massive at the moment so need to kick myself up the bum (wonder if that counts as body magic?)
