EXTRA EASY DAY 1

Breakfast:

2 slice wholemeal toast (400g loaf)
beans, scrambled egg, square sausage (7 syns)

grapes

lunch:
Batchelors chicken and herb noodles (free)
French fries (19g bag) (4 syns)
Chopped up apple and grapes with total yoghurt

Dinner :

bolognaise made from scratch with tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, carrot served with linguini and 28g cheese grated on top (hexa)

egg mashed up with triangle cheeses on ryvita crackerbread (wholegrain)(Hex a and hexb)

Lunch:

Left over bolognaise
Strawberries, yoghurt with crushed meringue nest (2.5)

Dinner

Chicken and sweetcorn with boiled rice (2.5 syns)(homemade)
