Hey all, am weighing in on a Friday again this week. I won't have time to update on here tomorrow morning as I've got a busy weekend planned. And I doubt I'll be losing an extra pound between now and tomorrow morning! (if only it was that quick!)
So the results for this week are: 2 pounds! Only 2 more to go and I drop into the next stone. It's going slowly now that it's evened off to 2lb per week. But slow and steady wins the race and all that

Have not been on here for absolutely ages as I lost my mojo for a while!
However, I'm pleased to report that while I didn't lose any weight, I also didn't put any on! Which is good to know for if I ever get to goal and want to maintain
Have been back on the plan now for a few days, and weighed myself this morning and had lost an extra 2 pounds. So that's 20 off in total, and hopefully I'm back on track! Am going to try and catch up now on posts! Hope you're all well.
