Breakfast-Fruit,2 Wetabix(hexa) and skimmed milk(hexB)-Free
Snacks-Muller light yoghurt,banana,grapes,-Free
Lunch-1 and half slices of wholemeal bread,baked beans and beetroot and carrot-syns 6
Dinner-Cod and SW chips,sweet potatoes adn veg-Free
Snacks-Yoghurt

Thursday. Porridge made with half milk n half water(hex a)(hex b)
Coffee n milk(part hex b
Lunch-
Savoury rice- no 1/3 superfree here oops
Snacks-special k bar-4syns,banana,2cabury fingers-3
Dinner-irish stew-1.5 syns for oxtail soup- half a bread roll-3.512
Yoghurt vanilla

Friday-
Breakfast-ready break hex a-milk hexb-banana
Snacks-ryvita scrapping of spread banana-2
Lunch omelette with mushrooms onion potatoes
Yoghurt cadbury Carmel-9.5
Dinner-chicken n veg one of those shake n season ones.

Total syns 11.

I'm not really going to comment on Sunday, I'm just going to write it off and move on.
Monday 14th-
Breakfast-Porridge made on water with teaspoon of honey & banana
snacks-Ryviat *2-3 syns and laughing cow triangle-hex b
Lunch-Pasta, tuna,sweetcorn and fat free dressing
yoghurt
Dinner-Pork chop dish(so I'm told I'm very lucky to have a DH who cooks everyday)
Well thats the plan so far
 
So just to update yesterdays diary we had pork with veg in those shake and season bags really yummy.I'm sure there are some syns in them.2.5
Had ham and then I was starving later on and had slice bread and a scrapping of marg 5
Snacks also a biscuit nice finger-3 syns
Total syns-13.5
 
Tuesdays diary-
Breakfast-Ready brek-small teaspoon of honey-Milk-Hex A and partial Hex B
Snacks-Mocha using milk from HEX B but need to find out syns
Lunch-SW chilli yummy and rice and a 1/3 of a 1/2 bagel-3 syns
Dinner-Hampot and maybe an omellette as I'm going to my rebounding class.
Snacks-2 cadburys fingers-3 syns
 
Ok so acutally for my dinner had some more yummy chilli and then had a packet of those snack a jack adn they are 89 calories so thats 4.5syns
Total Syns for today-14 (after some research I am saying my mocha was 3.5 syns.
 
Wednesdays Food diary
Breakfast-Porrdige and fruit adn small amt honey
Snacks Ryvita,Banana-1.5syns
Lunch-OOPPs I certainly didnt go for the health option here.White batch bread with tuna and sweetcorn and light mayo.6syns for the bread and 1syn
Dinner SW Chilli and Rice-Free
Nice biscuit 1 & half-3
OOOp total syns so far 11.5.Will eat loads of fruit this evening.

Friday food diary
Snacked on left over toast this morning but really only crusts but I'd say 1 syn to be sure
Porridge hex a water n milk hex b banana
Snacks yoghurt, banana, 3 chocolate fingers-4.5 syns
Lunch grilled chicken salad with Caesar dressing on side. Not sure on syns
Dinner. Beef n black bean with rice n veg.
As I don't know how many syns are in dressing I'm going to not have anymore. W.I tomorrow please let me have lost something.
 
Tuesday-

Snacks-banana,orange
Lunch-minestrone soup,small amount breadroll ham-6.5syns,cheese(hexb),onions,tomatoes

Sunday's Diary
Well I've lost 3 lbs since last week sooooooooooooooo happy after being up last week so here's to another sucessful week.
Saturdays are right offs in my book not that i binge but I just dont really count too much
So starting afresh today

brunch=salad going to avoca to meet a friend of mine and htey do amazing salads so hope to indulge there shouldnt bee too many syns
dinner=roast beef adn all the trimmings and sponge cake dessert
We usually go to my mams so i generally know what it will be like.love roasts
 
Mondays Diary
Breakfast-porridge made mostly on water but with a little milk hex a and some of b-cranberries
snack-apple
lunch-pasta salad,tuna in oil-7 syns(wahoo didnt realise it was so high),beetroot

Dinner-bacon,cabbage,potato
walk or davinia
 
Ok so am still reeling from the amount of syns in a small tin of tuna with sunflower oil and in my book it says 1.5 for a 28g tin but I'm not sure if that is what I ate anyhow will investigate that further.
Dinner was as planned and then I had 2 chocolate fingers-3
