good morning guys 
how is everyone doing on this not so fine monday morning. at work again and unimpressed, ha. i slept sooooooooo badly. saying that i am on my sixth day of ss and am getting weighed tonight. i wasn't as good as i should have been with my water yesterday as i was dashing about and didn't have any with me but today i will make up for that, and remind me to stop drinking loads of water before i go and get weighed!! ha.
oh yeah. and since my head was on my pillow at 5.30am this morning and the cat wanted to be on it too she just laid across the back of my head and went to sleep since i was sleeping on my front!! charming. it's amazing how loud purring is in that situation!! warm though

morning everyone. well, I weighed myself today, it seems i've just about dropped a lb since last week in the end, but i'll not officialise any WI till next week, the moment's gone. Plus, i'm quite worried, it seems to be going up and down at the moment rather than just down. It seems to be that when I'm at the lower end of the stones, i.e. of 14 and of 13, my weight loss has a bit of a nervous breakdown and takes my self esteem with it. I'm a bit unhappy today, a) im tired and b) i looked in the mirror this morning and didn't like what i saw.

Pete- Welcome....hope you enjoy the read and feel free to chip in when yo feel confortable.
Abz- remember the water is a big part of the plan working so make sure you get it down you. Not a big cat fat..the last cat I had any interaction with was under my car tyre...so I stay away all together now.
Elle- Hunny, chin up. You have done so well...it will and has been coming off. Don't worry about every 1/4 of a lb....you body chances, your hormones change and it effects things...it will come off in time.
Taz...smart idea about the train thing. if you makes your life easier and you get to spend time with your mum, so even better.
Well I am off to town today....loads to do for the holiday and I need to find LU a witches costume, put money in the bank, take money out of the bank, exchange the money, get travel bits and bobs, check LU shoes and make sure he has the right size, find me a coat that will fit. And then I can come home...so that should be fun.
Came down the stairs this morning and my dog has managed to Pee all over my living room carpet...it smells so bad in here. It is a mixed of the pee which smells like buring rubber tyres, carpet cleaning fluid, febreeze, and air spray...so it is not nice. I am glad I am going out I can't take it much longer. Anyway thought I would gross you out for a bit and make you grateful you are...where you are. *LOL*

you know. i think that might actually have made me happy to be at work jenn... hee.
well i'm over a litre of water down now so the water is going well today. just don't want to forget to stop drinking it before i go to weigh in!! i need a GOOD result, ha. now i've gotten down to where i was before i can feel the self-destruct thoughts coming in. which is why i plan to do ss+ or perhaps even 810 days every five days or so. i think it will help to keep me on the straight and narrow and i'll remain in ketosis too
can't believe there's hardly any time until christmas!! what is it now. 10 weeks? 9 weeks?? something like that. and i want to shift at least two stone by then so really need to get a move on!!
another disaster at work today but for once i wasn't here on my own. the big boss man did some superquick coding and the situation went back to normal. if he hadn't been here the rest of us would have been scuppered because we had no idea on what was going on!!

i seem to have a sudden addiction to dresses btw. this is very bad, as every time i'm due to go out i keep wanting to buy a new dress for the occasion! oops...

and accept the compliment for goodness sake!! hee. it's the truth.
i love dresses unfortunately we can't always buy a new one *sigh*. i love the 50s style ones as they suit my hourglass type shape.
50 minutes to go and i can go and buy some chicken and get weighed. have realised that i have no clue where my little green card is and i'm going to have to try and raid the house to find it. hopefully it's in the carrier bag from three weeks ago!! ha.
and i'll get measured too. hopefully the boobs will have shrunk a bit!!

Fingers crossed! And ok fine, i'll accept it gracefully. I've just never been all that good at it lol. I've been finding dresses quite cheap, the one i found in new look was just left on top of some other clothes. checked the size, it's a 16 so it was a bit big but i just safety pinned myself to it. I noticed that there was a fault at the end of the zip so i asked if i would get any money off it and the lady at the till said she could do it at half price! Get in! x

heeheeheeeeeeeeee guys guys guys, the company i work for have been invited to a corporate event at hotel chocolat. you get free tasters and a goody bag to take home it's on bonfire night. Now then now then, methinks i'll have to carefully consider my diet on the 5th of next month!! xx
