Welcome back, I have been struggling since October, I am fighting my cravings each & every day....
I put on 2st and I'm more determined than ever to shift the weight....
I have signed up to the great south run which is being held on 27th October, the distance is 10 miles & I'm running for a children's charity, so I must get fit!!!
Hope you achieve you targets this year!!

Determination is the key and if you've got it you'll succeed. I'm desperate to not 'fall off the wagon' this time around.
