Wow that's great especially as you thought it might be a bad week. I only lost 1lb and am a bit bemused. Been 100% since 1 jan, weighing everything, exercising, drinking lots of water: really really angelic but it's not shifting - and it's not like I don't have much to lose. Sticking at it one more week to see whether 'the loss' appears but if not really don't know what to do. 8lbs in 5 weeks. Not very motivating when I have over 3 stone to go. Any suggestions? I can only do green as am a veggie but don't eat much pasta or rice.
