    I've eaten loads this week, put my jeans on and thought: "uh oh" . . .

    He-who-thinks-he's-boss kindly got the scales out . . . and I've lost 0.8kg - around 1.75lbs!

    Just try and wipe this grin off my face :D

    And now, I have more impetus not to have a Saturday night bender!

    wow! well done, when you say you've eaten loads how do you mean - as I am still unsure if I am eating too much, all syn free/free food but after doing ww for 1 yr i find it hard not to go hungry!!

    Loads of frees and syn-frees. Don't go hungry. I did WW too, oh God about 16 years ago now, and it was the old method before points so I never felt hungry. With points, I was starving all the time.

    Eat your frees. Load up on them. You'll get full before you get fat!
