hello ,just to let u know , took extra fibre after the exlax yesterday , not a good idea .:jelous: tummy was like a football could not stop trumping, :sigh: and even though i went loo 3 times felt very bad. still waiting for my totm , was due mon so thats not helping holding water also so drinking loads ,and im having a fat day .:cry: ok thats better rant over thanks for listening guys xxxxxxxxxxxxx
