Oops sorry Chlo. I'll do all the Challenge stuff on the computer cos my iPhone seems to want to interfere a bit too much :rolleyes:

I'm actually quite excited about this challenge. When I did CD the first time we did something similar and it helped me stay focused.

As soon as my computer is up and running again I'll change everything into lbs to make things easier. Please feel free to dispute my maths if you don't think something is quite right. I'm going to be using a programme to do the maths for me but it's always worth checking if any of you notice a problem :)

Yes please before 6pm. Mind you I'm at work until 8 this Tuesday so you've got a bit of leeway this week ;)

BUT to make very clear, this Tuesday's weight is your starting weight, so if you've already put down your starting weight you don't have to up date on Tuesday!!

people - exercise guru..... please don't jump into an exercise regime that's extreme. gradual intro is needed especially if you're back on ss or ss+. keep it lower, drink water, if you feel dizzy or odd then please sit down, drink more water and then go home! :D it will take a week or possibly 2 for your body to realise that you're changed fuel sources from carbs to fat!

Not over doing it, im having my induction n will be telling them wat calorie intake I'm having n I'm gunna do exactly wat they say I was always one for over doin it at the gym but not this time I'm going to be sensible...xx

I was going to ask about exercise actually as I am on day 3 of CD and have got a bit of energy back.. how much should I be doing? I dont want to over do it x
