    Hi,

    Im -3lb today, so a total of 20 lb's in 4 weeks :):)

    I wonder what the next 4 weeks has in store, hopefully another 14 lb :)

    i know u have been stressed that the diet may not work or may be too hard and then u were worried about what would happen if it really did work but u have worked so hard and achieved so much in a small space of time. (ooo what a long sentance lol) u have a lot to be chuffed about. well done xxxxxx

    Well done. Thats really good. I have just noticed that we both started off at 16st 9lb and were both 15st 3lb after 4 weeks! I'm coming to the end of my AAM week. Good luck with yours.
