I have been using palmers coco butter firming cream its for pregnancy and weight loss. been using it now for about a month and its very good my underarms feel more toned and the skin is really soft. I recommend some along side the exercise ladies xx

I've ordered some products from Avon, which should have arrived, which will give me more firmer boobs and arms, lol.. so will let you know how I get on with that too. Are you still doing this challenge Daisy? xx

I've been attempting to do it everyday but i've been working so much so when I get the chance i start randomly lifting my evian bottles above my head lol. I need the motivation back again to get things moving along I hate my bingo wings i've measured them but aside of feeling firmer they haven't really shrunk much hun xx

Hi Victoria, it does make a difference doesn't it? My gym have given me a complimentry personal training session as a way of an apology for causing me stress, lol.. They told me I hadn't paid a Direct debit and then they found it after 2 months. Spoke to the personal trainer yesterday and told him about the CD and that I couldn't do any cardio work yet, but could do toning and told him about this exercise. He said it was a really good one to do and it even speeds up the metabolism as its exercising anyway. so I'm glad about that, more cals burning . xx
