I am working on mine too hun! I go to the gym and do the cross trainer as that does arms and legs. I also do bicep curls and the thing where you pull the weights down from above you (forget what it's called!). If you go to a gym ask for a programme review and tell them what areas you want to target and they will tell you the right equipment to use for it. Also with swimming do front crawl rather than breast stroke
