Biryani recipe please?

Has anyone got a biryani recipe under 600cals, one that i can cook in the oven?

We used to buy one from asda it was a curry sauce that you mix with uncooked rice and chicken then put in the oven. Cant find it now:-(

So was just wondering if any one had any i could try

Your besy bet is to look on bbc good food maybe you can adapt it by not using oil. But i believe byriani is tomato based so jusr need to find the spices and experiment away.

Thank you thought similar they all seem to be saucy on bbc good food although i suppose thats what it should be like ! May do a similar one but cook in the oven see what comes out!
