Bit of a gross post

Hello, sorry for asking but i dont know who else i can ask.
I am only on day 3 but i have noticed that when i pass urine it is toxic yellow urine and stools? Any ideas what this is, im drinking plenty of water?:sigh:

GG your pee should be almost clear if you are drinking as much water as they suggest, with regards to the stools, I have no idea as I have serious conatipation unitl I take something for it and am to scared to look.

maybe u have a uti, urinary tract infection. get it checked

Thanks all, i think its the diet from memory i suffered the same when i did LL a few years back, i'll give it a couple of days to settle and then if it hasnt i'll go to the doctors.
Me being me thought that it might be my fat lose! I can only hope
