Bit of I T help regarding posting motivation stickers

Hi wonder if anyone who is more clever than me (not difficult) could explain to me how I post my first sticker on my posts if this makes sense. Thanks

Thanks very much, will do this when hubby is around to help me. Seems my little brain cant cope very well tonight and I may end up putting all sorts on!
