I just went to jazzercise for 2 hours and burned 600kcal or there abouts! This means my net kcal today is about 100 :s anyone know if I should be having extra? This total included a protien shake for muscle repair!
 
I genrally don't worry about it, days I powerlift burn 1000 upwards

Have an extra pack if your concearned hun

No I feel fine and like I said I had a protien shake half before ad half after as I did a lot with weights! I was just wondering that's all :)
 
I actually feel better for it :) more energy ( after the initial slump) and if it makes me loose faster then even better lol
 
I was wondering about that part of this diet too - I can burn 800 calories easily at archery on a sunday and previous diets i had to eat a bit more to give myself the energy, I have been fine so far, but am quite lethargic today after a very active swimming session last night. Are there any official guidelines from S&S about high energy days or is it just see how you feel? :S
 
Yes the guidelines are 5 packs on heavy training days

Or I do four and protein
