Have you seen your GP, Sarah?

To be fair, it has been really hot today....have you been in the heat a lot?

Sorry, if you have to stop, because you seemed such a enthusiastic LT'er.....:tear_drop::(

    Good Luck

    Lisa xx

What about doing 2 shakes a day and a low fat meal. That seems to solve the problem for most people. And they still seem to lose huge amounts of weight! Good Luck whatever you decide!!!

The thing with this diet, you really do have to take it easy the first week or so. You will feel light headed and have to take it easy. I nearly blacked out a few times in the beginning and had to sit down in a supermarket (very embarassing), but I knew if I didn't I would have blacked out. I do find that GP's are quick to tell people to come off the diet. If you have problems with your blood sugar then yep, your health is far more important, but its such a shame that after 5 days you have to come off. This diet provides all the nutrients the body needs so it is a healthy diet.

Hope you are feeling better now hun.

Hi hun....I was bad when I got up from bed or out of a chair quickly. I had to sit up for a minute or so then stand up slowly. Your blood sugar is low so in the first week this can happen. Speak to the pharmacist when you go for weight in and see what they advise.

Maybe you got up too fast? You have to get up slowly and take it easy in the first week

I will be sorry to see you go...if you do!:(

It could be ketosis hitting you....when the body stops burning water and converts into fat burning?!!!

Oh Sarah, i'm so sorry you blacked out huni.

As Sara4 suggests, maybe 2 shakes and a meal ?

I'm on day 8 tomorrow, and its been a tough week, there have been times i've felt light headed and just gone back to bed, but drank loads of water and hoped that helped.

If your anything like me, i have gone from consuming probably 4000 to 5000 calories a day (before lipotrim) and now on 425 a day (i think), i used to drink tons of lucozade orange and sugar in that is alot, and to now have the shakes everyday, my body is in shock i think, it could be whats happened to you ?

I believe in Lipotrim, but there are alternatives, like slimming world and weight watchers, but just think of the long term health benefits of losing lots of weight, it'll really help you.

    Big hugs. x

I think it was probably because you got out of bed too quickly. Seem a shame to give it up when you have succussfully done it for 5 days. I am on CD and have Sole sourced up until now and I found in the first 4 weeks I did have frequent dizzy spells but usually when I got up from my desk. In the first week I got dizzy and felt as if I were going to black out simply because my body didnt have all the sugar, carb and other rubbish I had been shovelling in. You may want to consider going up a plan rather than giving it up altogether?
