hi all. how is every1, ive just come back from blackpool. i went yesturday, thinking il be good and i only lasted 5 hours. i had my shake in the morning whilst every 1 had a big breakfast, then once we got their i forgot my shakes in my suitcase (doh).

i thought id get some good food but i just joined in with my partner and friends having junk ( fries kebab, choco, maccys, curry, fish & chips)


i feel really bad but ill start again tommorow. :break_diet::banghead:

i know its going be very hard to not eating again and just sticking to shakes.

it took me a week just to get used to it.

o well try my best for tommorow.

just really thought id get through 2days without the eating but only lasted 5hours.

im going to try again tommorow and see how it goes.
