2mince pies and a bluebeery muffin with squirty cream,ive just put it in my fitness pal and i havnt gone over my allowance,no tea yet,im guna excersize wen kids r in bed,
i found using a phone calorie tracker i saw everything as a number lol
next time you see a muffin or a mince pie and want to eat them just think about the calorie content, seems to help me lol
but then again i do still have times where i will be like oh who cares lol * munches *
I am trying to eradicate the binge behaviour completely - i think it will be of benefit. All chocolate/sweets in our house are my husbands and I wouldnt deprive him of those.
As long as it is infrequent I am sure your body can handle it.
