When I do this, I usually go either red or green and eat loads of free food for the rest of the day - either that or I'd just decide that I'd need to syn for one helping of the cereal and stick to my EE plan - I just don't beat myself up about it all - with SW you really do have a lot of choices.

If I'd had the bacon on bread for brekkie, I'd maybe decide right away that I'd just make sure I did an EE day so that the bacon could be free rather than a HexB choice.

That is a great idea!!! ty Jacky coz i do that as well use them sometimes quickly.........that makes soooooooo much sense and then i have just used the 1B choice i am allowed and the bacon is now free!! Thanks again xxx

Maybe you should try green days for a while, you can have more carbs that way, that is the joy of SW there are so many 'plans' that you need never go without your favourite foods - and still loose weight.
